We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Category & Pricing to drive global revenue optimisation across product, pricing and promotions.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded professional who can turn data insights into growth opportunities, optimise pricing strategies and enhance customer value in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with Marketing, Trade and Consumer Proposition teams, you’ll develop innovative strategies that maximise revenue, improve performance and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Product Strategy: Optimise ticketing products, develop bundles and support A/B testing to drive incremental revenue.
*Channel Pricing: Shape pricing strategies across direct and indirect channels, manage commercial governance and optimise distribution profitability.
*Promotions: Develop promotional strategies and pricing initiatives that maximise revenue, customer value and margins.
*Analytics & Optimisation: Use data, forecasting and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure commercial performance.
*Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing team while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
About You
*At least 5 years’ experience in pricing, revenue management or consultancy.
*Proven experience leading and developing successful teams.
*Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
*A customer-first mindset, strong growth orientation and a passion for innovation.
A degree in a quantitative, business or related field is essential. A master’s degree and experience in Airline, Hotels, travel or tourism are advantageous.
