My client is a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth with ambitious growth plans and a strong leadership team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of the practice.
The Role
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
*Advise on commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and professional negligence
*Handle corporate and shareholder disputes, including shareholder agreement issues
*Work on defamation matters
*Advise a diverse client base across sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport
*Build strong client relationships and develop your own client base
*Contribute to networking, business development and the growth of the team
About You
*Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience appropriate to Associate or Senior Associate level
*Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
*Confident managing client relationships and handling complex disputes
*Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
*Proactive and keen to contribute to business development
*Ambitious and looking for a clear route to career progression
