An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Southampton, supporting the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution team.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters, while working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
*Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
*Advise on complex, high-value disputes, including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes
*Handle insolvency-related disputes and professional negligence claims
*Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
*Prepare cases for court, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
*Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
*Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You
*Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
*Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
*Confident managing client relationships and complex matters
*Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
*Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop your career
