£80,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are seeking a commercially focused Senior FP&A Manager to join a growing construction business, leading financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
*Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and performance insights.
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control.
*Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
*Monitor project performance, margins, cash flow and key financial KPIs.
*Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Requirements
*CIMA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
*Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role.
*Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
*Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a project-based environment.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
