Full job description Manpower Wales are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Trunker Drivers to join a well-established, family-run distribution business with an excellent reputation across the UK logistics sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with both day and night shifts available.
The Role:
*Trunking and palletised deliveries between distribution centres and customer sites
*Safe and efficient transportation of goods
*Vehicle checks and completion of relevant paperwork
*Securing loads correctly using straps and other load restraint methods
*Adhering to all driving regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
*Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
*Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
*Previous experience with palletised deliveries
*Good geographic knowledge and route planning skills
*Experience securing and strapping down loads
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*No more 6 points - No major endorsements
*Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
