We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Probate Lawyer/Solicitor (1-4 years’ PQE) to join our client within their established Private Client team in Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, providing exceptional advice and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
*Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
*Advising executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries.
*Administering estates, including the collection and distribution of assets.
*Preparing estate accounts and related documentation.
*Advising on inheritance tax and related probate matters.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
*Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
*Have a minimum of 1 years’ PQE, or equivalent experience in probate and estate administration.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
*Be able to manage your own caseload efficiently.
*Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Be proactive, personable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
