Full job descriptionIT Service Manager - Privileged Access & CAF - SC Cleared
We’re looking for an IT Service Manager to support a privileged access platform as it moves into live service within a government environment. You’ll help establish effective service management, maintain operational oversight and support compliance with the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF).
What you’ll do
*Coordinate the transition from delivery into live service, including service processes, documentation and handover.
*Manage day-to-day service activities, including incidents, changes, risks and service reporting.
*Work with product, engineering, security and operations teams to resolve issues and improve the service.
*Support privileged access controls, including access approvals, account lifecycle processes and periodic reviews.
*Maintain service documentation and evidence to support CAF assessments and audits.
What you’ll bring
*Active SC clearance
*Experience managing a live technology or security service in government or another regulated environment.
*Familiarity with privileged access management and its operational controls.
*Experience supporting security compliance, ideally including CAF.
*Strong incident, change and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience bringing a new platform or service into operation.
