Contract Length: November to January
Start Date: Third week of November
Engagement Type: PAYE day rate

Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of a Commercial Distribution Channels Review Review direct and indirect distribution channels across the UK and Germany Assess channel strategy, commercial value, profitability and dependency risks Review governance and oversight across commercial, digital, marketing and technology teams Assess third-party platform and vendor arrangements, including online travel agency relationships Review pricing, availability, booking integrity, customer data and related controls Support delivery of a Commercial Commission Payments Review Review commission arrangements, approvals, rates, calculations, reconciliations and payment controls Use data analytics to interrogate commission and payment data and identify anomalies Deliver clear audit findings, testing documentation and audit support throughout both reviews
Key Requirements
Proven internal audit experience at Manager / Senior Manager level or equivalent Strong commercial audit experience Understanding of distribution, channel management, e-commerce, digital distribution or commercial operations Experience reviewing third-party arrangements, contracts and vendor governance Ability to assess technology-related risks without being a specialist IT auditor Strong stakeholder management skills Strong analytical capability, including data analytics experience for high-volume transactional or payment data Ability to attend site in London as required
