Full job descriptionThis South England Authority are looking for a SEND Provision Lead. Details of the role are:
Key Responsibilities
Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.
Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.
Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.


To apply for this role you must have:
Experience working with children and young people with SEND
Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes
Strong case management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Manage complex and high-risk SEND cases, including disputes and tribunals
Develop and improve SEND processes, policies, and service delivery.
Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement
Chair multi-agency meetings and annual review panels
