Warrington| Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
An established main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Cheshire.
Working across a portfolio of Hotels, Care Homes and Industrial Unit projects, you will typically be responsible for 1-2 live projects at any one time, with values of up to £10 million. (locations around Cheshire and Merseyside)
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and managing CVRs
*Valuations and applications for payment
*Cashflow forecasting and management
*Subcontractor procurement and account management
*Cost control and project reporting
*Managing final accounts
Requirements
*Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector
*Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m
*Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*HNC or HND Degree In Surveying
