Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Yorkshire on a contract basis.

Contract Details
*Outside IR35
*6 month duration

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans, customer demand and delivery schedules are achieved.
*Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, labour utilisation, downtime, scrap and rework, while delivering cost reductions and maintaining operational budgets.
*Lead, develop and motivate production teams
*Champion Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, standardise processes and deliver improvements.

Essential Experience
*Proven experience working as an Operations Manager
*Well versed working within the manufacturing industry
