Salary: £30,000 annual equivalent

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Contract: Temporary to permanent

Start: ASAP

Mixxos is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join
a busy manufacturing business. You’ll look after customer
accounts, process orders and work closely with internal teams to
keep customers updated.

Key responsibilities

* Process customer orders and answer enquiries.
* Build relationships with customers and manage their accounts.
* Provide updates on orders and deliveries.
* Liaise with planning, purchasing and warehouse teams.
* Keep customer records accurate using SAP.
What we’re looking for

* Previous customer service, account management and order
processing experience.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
* Manufacturing or SAP experience would be an advantage.
Full training provided.
