Full job descriptionWe are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South-west, who are recruiting for a Stock Conditions Surveyor on a minimum 3-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is £35.02 per hour via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in stock conditions surveying.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties
*Identifying defects where necessary
*Providing recommendations and reports back to planned maintenance teams
*Exercising knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal Process
Experience required:
*Experience in stock condition surveying
*Experience carrying out inspections with HHSRS and decent home standard
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
*Comfortable working within customers’ homes
*Must hold a full UK Driving licence
Working hours:
*37 hours per week
*Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm flexible
