We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Organisational Design and Operating Model Transformation programme.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in:
*Experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
*Organisational Design and Operating Model transformation
*Change strategy, planning and implementation
*Stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
*Change impact assessments and communications
*Training, adoption and business readiness activities
