Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay: £160 - £250 per day


Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
Astro Education is recruiting a Key Stage 4 SEN Teacher to support students with complex Special Educational Needs within a specialist education setting in Stoke-on-Trent.
We are looking for a passionate, adaptable and confident teacher who can deliver engaging lessons while supporting students with a range of additional learning, behavioural and emotional needs.


The Role
*Teach and support KS4 students with complex SEN needs.
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
*Support students with Autism, ASC, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
*Work alongside Teaching Assistants and specialist support staff.
*Support students’ academic, social and emotional development.


What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
*Previous experience working with SEN students.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Understanding of EHCPs and individual learning needs.
*A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
