I’m working on a fantastic new opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading London law firm within its Financial Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team, supporting on a varied range of advisory and contentious matters while working closely with senior members of the team.


The role will involve:
*Supporting on financial services regulatory advisory matters, including regulatory change and contentious matters.

*Preparing first drafts of legal advice and regulatory documentation.

*Assisting with FCA applications and related regulatory processes.

*Managing client communications and building strong client relationships.

*Taking ownership of matters and projects, working closely with lawyers across the team.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Around 3-4 years’ experience in financial services regulation, ideally gained within a law firm or relevant in-house environment.

*Strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of regulatory advisory matters.

*Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.

*A proactive approach and the ability to manage matters independently.
