We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.
If you’re looking for your next role as a Benefits Specialist and have proven experience, ideally within legal, professional or financial services, then read on. Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, roles and responsibilities include:
*Day-to-day management of all UK and international benefits processes and employee or Partner queries.
*Resolve complex employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators
*Coordinate and manage the benefits renewal process.
*Work with insurance brokers and benefits carriers to negotiate competitive coverage terms and costs on behalf of the Firm.
*Understand key competitors’ benefit strategies, and how they differ in our client’s global operating markets, to ensure their offering is competitive and aligned with market standards.
*Stay informed on benefits trends and legislation that could impact the Firm’s benefits offerings and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
*Budgeting, financial management and vendor/procurement management


A subject matter expert, you will be able to move between both strategic and more hands on, operational matters whilst retaining a high level of personal effectiveness. You will also be credible with Partners and employees, working collaboratively with other members of the HR team and lead and manage third-party vendor relationships.
