Join Morris Dibben in Southampton, part of Connells Group, as a Sales Progressor.
This is a branch-based role, where you’ll play a key part in managing the sales progression process from sale agreed through to exchange and completion, ensuring transactions move forward as smoothly as possible for both buyers and sellers.
What You’ll Do
*Keep buyers and sellers updated from offer agreed to completion
*Work with solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors and estate agents to move sales forward
*Follow up outstanding paperwork and spot potential delays
*Keep accurate records so everyone knows what happens next
*Coordinate key handovers and help make moving day a positive experience

*Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
*The ability to stay calm, solve problems and manage competing priorities
*Confidence using everyday IT systems
*A full UK driving licence
