The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years current Audit experience within an Accountancy Practice and may be newly qualified or almost completed ACA or ACCA. Please see details below:
Job Description
*Working in a supportive team on audit assignments for a variety of clients in the professional services sector.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards throughout the audit process.
*Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members to support their development.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during engagements.
*Identify and communicate any risks or issues arising during audits, proposing practical solutions.
*Contribute to the development of the department by sharing knowledge and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
*A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or almost completed.
*Experience in auditing within the professional services (Accountancy) industry.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
*Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
