Full job descriptionWe are seeking an Account Assistant for a highly regarding Firm of Accountants in the West Kirby area.
This role is working with an interesting and diverse portfolio of clients from a wide range of sectors involving a mixture of Accounts, Tax, VAT, and Bookkeeping
The ideal candidate will have over 4 Years and current Accountancy Practice experience and are in the process of completing ACCA/ACA/AAT or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
Duties
*Preparation of statutory accounts for Sole Traders, Limited Companies and Partnerships
*Corporate/ Personal Tax Computations
*Preparation of VAT returns & bookkeeping
*Training clients on accountancy software
*Dealing with client queries
*Attending client meetings
*Assisting & mentoring junior staff
