The Role
The Senior Event Project Manager owns projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation, working across premium automotive and lifestyle accounts with the full support of in-house design, warehouse and IT teams behind them.
- Build and manage annual event schedules with clients and Account Directors
- Produce detailed project quotes and timelines to agency standards
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage costs to protect margins
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, freelancers and internal teams throughout
- Maintain accurate finance trackers and monitor budgets on every project
- Manage all event logistics from pre-event planning through to on-site
- Collect and record supplier H&S and insurance documentation
The Candidate
You will come from an event agency background and be comfortable owning projects end to end, from scoping and quoting through to on-site management and reconciliation.
