Full job descriptionBond Williams are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a leading SME business in Poole.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, 360° HR role, covering everything from day-to-day administration and complex employee relations cases to strategic HR, management development, and process improvement.
This opportunity would suit a Senior HR Advisor looking for their next challenge or an HR Manager who enjoys being operationally involved and wants to take ownership of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver the HR strategy and manage the full employee lifecycle.
*Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and restructures.
*Review and improve HR systems, policies, and processes.
*Lead training needs analysis and management development.
*Provide practical advice and challenge to senior stakeholders.
About You:
*CIPD qualified with broad 360° HR experience.
*Confident managing complex ER cases independently.
*Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved at every level.
