Employee Benefits Consultant
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and ambitious business?
We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a specialist Health & Employee Benefits team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare and group risk.
Role & Responsibilities:


*Manage and grow a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
*Provide expert advice across healthcare and group risk solutions.
*Develop and implement tailored wellbeing strategies.
*Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
*Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and providers.




Essential Criteria:
*Must have experience in either healthcare or group risk from an employee benefits consulting background.
*Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients
*A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong organisational skills.

This role is hybrid to a Blackburn office to begin with and then will be more remote based.
