Are you an experienced Senior Legal PA looking for your next opportunity within a leading City law firm?
I’m working on an excellent opportunity to support two senior individuals across Restructuring & Insolvency and Finance, offering a varied position combining high-level legal support, client liaison and business development.
Location: City of London
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
The Role
*Providing high-level support to senior stakeholders, managing busy and ever-changing diaries.
*Coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and managing associated logistics.
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent client service.
*Supporting business development initiatives, including client meetings, events, pitches and marketing activities.
*Maintaining client relationship management systems and ensuring contact information is kept up to date.
*Managing correspondence, preparing documents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
*Proactively managing competing priorities, anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they arise.
What They’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience as a Senior Legal PA within a City law firm, supporting Partners or other senior stakeholders.
You’ll be highly organised, confident managing complex diaries and travel arrangements, and comfortable dealing directly with clients. A proactive and resilient approach is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting business development and client relationship activities would also be advantageous.
