Job Overview
Supply Staff Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Nailsea. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who enjoy helping children learn, develop confidence and make progress in the classroom.
We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants seeking flexible supply work or longer-term placements.
Key Responsibilities
*Support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks.

*Work alongside teachers to support lesson delivery.

*Provide individual and small-group learning support when required.

Requirements
*Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

*Good communication and teamwork skills.

*An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

*Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
