Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE looking for a new opportunity in Berkshire? My client, a well-established Thames Valley law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client department.
With a strong flow of quality, high-value work and full-time secretarial support, this is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a modern, supportive law firm.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax
*Probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates
*Trust creation, administration and advice
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Court of Protection applications and Deputyship matters
*Advising elderly clients and their families on later-life planning
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
*Experienced in managing your own caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
*Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
*STEP qualification or membership would be advantageous
*Previous supervisory or people management experience desirable
Salary & Benefits
*£50,000–£65,000, depending on experience
*Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
