About the OpportunityP4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join a Help & Protection / Child Protection Team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

The RoleAs Team Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to a team working within help, protection and child safeguarding services. You will support the delivery of effective social work practice, ensuring children remain at the centre of decision-making and that safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately.
You will play an important role in supporting practitioners, maintaining high standards of practice and ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time.

*Experience within children’s social care, particularly child protection and safeguarding.
*Previous leadership or management experience within a social work setting.
*A strong understanding of statutory children’s services and safeguarding responsibilities.
