Full job descriptionOur client are a rapidly expanding company. As they continue to grow they are now recruiting for a commercially focused, accountant to join them in an analytical role to support commercial and operational teams. Duties will include:-
*Deliver insightful reporting, analysis and recommendations that help stakeholders understand performance, spot opportunities and take action.
*Assess promotional and campaign performance, including sales uplift, cannibalisation, margin impact and ROI, to identify what delivers profitable growth.
*Analyse sales, customer behaviour, channel mix, delivery, campaigns and site-level results to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
*Work with Marketing, Operations and external partners to challenge assumptions, evaluate investment and align commercial activity with profitability targets.
*Bring fresh thinking to how we analyse performance, approach experimentation and use data to make better commercial decisions.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience within a a multi-site company ideally within retail or hospitality. Strong Excel and Power BI skills will be beneficial.
