Must have’s*Experience within commercial insurance
*Knowledge of core insurance products including liability, property and cyber
*Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
*Ability to review client requirements and recommend suitable cover
*Good organisation and time management skills
*Confident communication skills


Nice to have’s*CII qualifications or working towards them
*Experience using Acturis
*Familiarity with CRM systems


So, what will you be doing?*Supporting clients with their insurance requirements from enquiry through to renewal
*Reviewing existing insurance arrangements and identifying areas for improvement
*Working with insurers to obtain suitable terms and cover
*Providing advice and guidance on insurance products
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Delivering a high standard of customer service
*Assisting with policy administration and documentation
*Working closely with colleagues across the business
