This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the transport and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team in their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Help deliver on a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
*Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
*Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Requirements for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
*Relevant post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
*Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential
*Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
*Experience working on RIBA stages 4
*Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
*Excellent drawing and design skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
