A manufacturing organisation based in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on an initial 9-month interim contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting the finance function through a busy period, providing accurate financial reporting, budgeting support and commercial insight to aid business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Variance analysis and commentary
*Budgeting and forecasting support
*Cost and stock analysis
*Supporting year-end and audit activities
*Business partnering with operational stakeholders
*Assisting with process improvements across the finance function

About You
*Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), part-qualified or qualified by experience
*Previous experience in a management accounting role
*Manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
*Strong Excel skills
*Able to work independently and hit the ground running
*Available to start at short notice
