We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to support a growing organisation through an exciting period of change and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and commercially minded professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, providing leadership across multiple departments while ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing operational leadership across multiple teams and functions
*Reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity
*Leading, motivating, and developing managers and their teams
*Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions
*Managing budgets, resources, and workforce planning
*Delivering operational change and improvement projects
*Working closely with senior leadership to support business objectives
*Ensuring service delivery standards are maintained and continuously improved
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Producing reports and analysing performance data to support decision-making
About You
You’ll be an experienced Head of Operations, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Manager with a proven track record of delivering results.
You will have:
Extensive operational leadership experience
Strong people management and coaching skills
Experience managing budgets and driving commercial performance
A track record of improving systems, processes, and efficiencies
Excellent stakeholder management skills
The ability to adapt quickly and hit the ground running
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
