Business OverviewWe’re partnering with an ambitious, market-leading Consumer organisation seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join its high-calibre finance team.
This is far more than a traditional finance role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing insight, challenge and strategic support that directly influences business performance and decision-making.

The OpportunityAs Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational and commercial leaders to understand performance drivers, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure strategic decisions are supported by robust financial analysis.
You’ll translate complex financial information into meaningful commercial insights, helping leaders make informed decisions that drive profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible role, with significant stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions and direct exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with operational and commercial leaders to support strategic and day-to-day decision making.
*Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, profitability, trends and key KPIs.
*Challenge and support stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
*Develop financial models to support investment appraisals, business cases and strategic initiatives.
*Identify risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to maximise performance.
*Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
*Support month-end performance reviews and board-level reporting activities.
*Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and analysis.
*Act as a key liaison between Finance and the wider business, building strong and credible relationships.
About YouWe’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and confident engaging with senior leaders across the business.
Requirements*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
*Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
*Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Commercially curious with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
*Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting and planning tools.
*Experience operating within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
