About the role
Running an Ofsted registered children’s home, with homes across Solihull, Sandwell, Walsall and central Birmingham (off the Hagley Road, towards junction 3 of the M5). The upper end of the salary range is for a Senior Registered Manager.
Pay and hours
*Pay: £55,000 - £75,000
*Hours: Full time, permanent
What you need
*A proven record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings, ideally across more than one inspection
*Where a home was below Good, proven turnaround experience
*A strong understanding of the nine Quality Standards
*A confident, hands on leader
