Full job descriptionRegistered Manager with Gratia Cura Residential in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. A permanent role recruited by Pro Social Partners.
About the role
A single children’s home caring for one young person, or up to three matched young people. Gratia Cura was founded and is led by qualified social workers, and you would have real autonomy with support from the Responsible Individual and senior team. Experience of solo provision, small group homes or children with learning disabilities is especially welcome. The role includes taking part in on call.
Pay and hours
*Pay: £64,000
*Hours: Full time, permanent, company pension
What you need
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
*2 years or more managing an Ofsted registered children’s home
*Experience with complex emotional, behavioural or mental health needs
*A therapeutic, trauma informed approach
*Full driving licence and the right to work in the UK
