About the role
Three Bridges Care are an owner led children’s home provider in South Shields with an urgent need for a Registered Manager, which means a quick decision maker led process rather than months of waiting. You would work directly with the Responsible Individual. If you are a Registered Manager, or a Deputy ready to step up in the North East, this one will move fast.
What the job involves
Running the home day to day and holding the Ofsted registration for it. Leading the staff team, quality of care, safeguarding, inspection readiness and the placements the home takes. Level 5 is essential.
Pay and hours
*Pay: £55,000 - £60,000
*Hours: Full time, company pension
What you need
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it
*Experience managing or deputising in an Ofsted registered children’s home
