The role
You will supervise a family of foster carers across North West London: supervisory visits, placement support, training and panel work, with the time to know your carers properly.

Supervising social worker work. Supporting and supervising foster carers, annual reviews, panel, and recruiting new carers. No child protection caseload, which is why experienced practitioners often move into it.
