3 Point Recruitment are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a business based close to Southam (close to Leamington, Warwick, Daventry, Rugby, Coventry).
The role will form part of a small finance team who are very personable and welcoming - the role will suit a candidate who is confident to engage with colleagues across the wider business!
We’re looking to speak with candidates who have around 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger roles and who are comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast paced environment.
You’ll be organised, detail oriented and confident communicating with both suppliers and colleagues across the business whilst liaising with different departments too.


Duties Will Include:
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Matching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
*Maintaining accurate ledger records and cost allocations
*Investigating and resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
*Reconciling supplier accounts and statements
*Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Supporting payment runs and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms
*Maintaining accurate supplier data and purchase ledger records
*Assisting with month-end activities, audits and general finance administration
*Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required
