The role
The Children in Care team holds long-term responsibility for looked after children: care planning, permanence, statutory visits and the steady relationships that children in care deserve from their worker.
What the work is
Care planning for children already in care. Reviews, permanence, life story work, contact and placement stability. The work is planned rather than reactive.
