Full job descriptionFinance Transformation Lead
I’m recruiting for a growing insurance group looking for a senior finance professional to help shape and improve its finance function.
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role offers a mix of financial control, FP&A and transformation, with plenty of scope to influence how the business operates and supports its continued growth.
Key responsibilities:
*Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting

*Review existing systems and identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency

*Strengthen balance sheet controls and month-end reporting

*Support budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis

*Work with senior stakeholders to improve financial insight and decision-making

*Get involved in wider business projects, including systems and operational improvements

What we’re looking for:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

*Insurance experience essential

*Strong background in financial control and management reporting

*Experience delivering finance process improvements or transformation projects

*Good understanding of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting

*Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes
