Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer (SC Eligible Required)London (Flexible) | £70,000 - £75,000 | Permanent
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered Salesforce solutions for public sector and regulated organisations.
Working with technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, and MuleSoft, you’ll build secure, scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges and support the adoption of AI at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities*Design and develop Salesforce and AI-powered solutions.
*Build Agentforce agents, AI copilots, and intelligent workflows.
*Develop using Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, and APIs.
*Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms and external systems.
*Apply secure-by-design principles within regulated environments.
*Collaborate with architects, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
*Support Agile delivery teams and modern DevOps practices.
Required Skills*Strong Salesforce development experience.
*Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
*Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, or Data Cloud.
*Understanding of AI concepts including prompt engineering and RAG.
*Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
*Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Security RequirementsCandidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC). This typically requires having lived in the UK continuously for at least 5 years.


Desirable*Public sector, government, defence, healthcare, or regulated industry experience.
*Existing SC Clearance.
*Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant
