*Very successful solicitors firm based in central London
*Candidate could be QBE, LC, Legal Executive or a Solicitor
Conveyancer
*The ideal candidate should be able to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish, including:
*Purchases
*Sales
*Re-mortgages / refinancing
*Bridging finance transactions
*Medium/high-value and property matters
*They must be confident running files with minimal supervision and dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.

*Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
*Ability to run purchase, sale, refinance and bridging files independently
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
