Full job descriptionProximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Systems Support Engineer (circa £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join one of Europe’s fastest growing firms opening a new office in London.
Working closely with the Head of Technology, IT Operations Manager & the tech team for a 200 person business you will support their Zoho CRM, development projects & systems support to grow the business further.
The position is hybrid in Northampton until the London office opens in April. It will then be 5 days a week in London onsite.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
*Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
*Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
*Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
*Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
*Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
The successful candidate will want to learn & grow within their career and have an ambition to take on more technical, coding & development projects in the future.
