Employee Benefits Consultant
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking to join a market-leading business where you can take ownership of client relationships, influence growth, and deliver genuinely tailored solutions?




This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing strategic advice across Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements while helping organisations enhance their employee benefits offering. You’ll play a key role in building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to broaden client engagement across the wider Employee Benefits landscape.


Role & Responsibilities:
*Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of SME clients.
*Provide consultancy and strategic advice across Group Risk and/or Healthcare arrangements.
*Support renewals, reviews, claims, medical underwriting and ongoing policy management.
*Build strong relationships with insurers and maintain a broad understanding of market propositions.
*Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client benefit programmes.
Essential Criteria:
*Proven experience in consulting across healthcare and/or group risk products
*Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
*Strong communication skills both internally & externally
This role is largely remote based, with the expectation of attending an office once per month.
