We’re hiring two Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our successful Mann teams in Rochester and Gravesend.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
*Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
*Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
*Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
*Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
*Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
*Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
Skills & Experience
*Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused.
*Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
*Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
