Full job description*Provide specialist, child-centred and evidence-based assessment, diagnosis and management of paediatric dysphagia and feeding difficulties.
*Work autonomously while providing clinical leadership, professional supervision and guidance to junior SLT staff and colleagues.
*Support safeguarding, confidentiality, information governance and clinical risk management in line with NHS policies and procedures.
*Contribute to SEND appeals, Tribunals, case planning meetings, clinical reports and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
*Support service development, staff training, recruitment, policy reviews and resource management to improve the quality and efficiency of care.
