Location: Peterborough
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until Christmas
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a school in the Peterborough area, starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas.
Role Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons.
*Teach mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
*Support students with different abilities and learning needs.
*Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Prepare lesson materials and follow the school curriculum.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.
Requirements:
*QTS or relevant teaching qualifications, depending on the school’s requirements.
*Experience teaching Maths in a school setting.
*Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
*A patient, positive and enthusiastic approach.
*Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to complete the required checks.
*Right to work in the UK.
