Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator is seeking a Sales Manager to manage a small team in their offices based near Edinburgh. You will be responsible for a team creating unforgettable holidays built around experiences. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month and a salary of £38,000 plus commission dependent on experience.

Sales Manager responsiibilities:
*Lead, coach and develop the team driving sales performance and KPI’s
*Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
*Ensure enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings.
*Encourage repeat business and strengthen loyalty programme engagement.
*Monitor performance, reporting and CRM data accuracy.
*Provide sales forecasts and commercial insights.
*Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the guest experience.
Sales Manager skills required:
*Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
*Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
*Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
*Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
*CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
*Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Additional information:
*Up to £38,000 plus bonus and incentives
*Office based near Edinburgh
*Mon-Fri plus one Saturday per month
