Location: Peterborough
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until Christmas, Could be longer for the right candidate
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join a school in the Peterborough area, starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas.
Role Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons.
*Teach a range of sports and physical activities.
*Encourage teamwork, participation and a healthy lifestyle.
*Manage student behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
*Adapt lessons to suit different abilities and needs.
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
*Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
*QTS or relevant PE teaching qualifications, depending on the school’s requirements.
*Previous teaching or PE experience.
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*A positive, energetic and flexible approach.
*Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to complete the required checks.
*Right to work in the UK.
