Gap Personnel is recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a respected seafood manufacturer based in Paignton.

Please note: As this is a seafood environment, there is a natural smell of crab in the factory. It’s not unpleasant, but candidates should be comfortable working in this setting.
The Role:
*Preparing, processing, and packing crab products on the production line
*Labelling and quality checking finished goods
*Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times
*Assisting with general production and cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
*Comfortable working in a seafood environment
*Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
*Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Benefits:
